Lord Jesus, we praise you for giving us the promise of confident prayer. As we pray, we can have your assurance that we are heard. Help us never give up, but have confidence that in your way and in your time our prayers of faith will be answered. So let us pray on, even if we falter at times. Let us be persistent, knowing that you are hearing and preparing the answers to our requests. For it is in praying and depnding on you, Lord God, that our relationship becomes richer and our confidence in your will grows stronger. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. |
