Keynote Speaker

Steven S. Garnham, M.Ed., CAC/CEAP/SAP, Counselor, Amtrak Employee Assistance Program

Steve has over twenty years experience in the substance abuse treatment field and has been a Certified Employee Assistance Professional since 1997. Before joining Amtrak, he was an EAP counselor for the Philadelphia Police Department, a counselor/clinical supervisor for the U.S. Postal Service EAP in Philadelphia, and Senior Manager, EAP, for Curo Aeger, LLC in Exton. He is an adjunct faculty member at Alvernia College, Philadelphia, PA and Camden County College, Camden, NJ.


Presenter

Tom Connell

Tom is a licensed professional counselor and certified additions counselor in the State of Pennsylvania. For the past 21 years, Tom has helped addicted individuals and thier families begin the path of recovery. His colorful career includes positions such as: former CEO of the Malvern Institute; past Executive Director of Rehab After Work; Clinical Supervisor; and direct client care with a specialty in dual-diagnosis. He currently resides in the Horsham area and is the acting Vice President of Clinical Services for all Rehab After Work locations.
